Vans will be provided for transportation in Niagara Falls.
Please book your trip with Southwest airlines and flights if possible. If not, please find a flight that will get you to Buffalo before 12:10pm or within 30 minutes after, to ease pick-up, because the drive from the Buffalo airport to the hotel in Niagara Falls is a 30 minute drive.
PASSPORT:
Please note that you will need a valid, up-to-date passport to cross the border into Canada. If you do not currently have a passport, or if yours is expired or will expire soon, I strongly encourage you to begin the application or renewal process as soon as possible to ensure you have it in time for the trip.
LODGING:
We are working on the cost of the hotel and will provide those details as soon as possible.
TRIP DETAILS:
Specifics are still being worked out however this is what we have mapped out so far:
The trip will include attendance at the 15 Pastoral Anniversary Worship Celebration, Sightseeing, and Fellowship Time with Pastor Jackson, His wife Cassandra and the St Mark Open Door church family.
There will be a fellowship meal provided by the church on the Sunday after worship
COST:
Everyone is responsible for their own flight, Hotel, Food and any sightseeing and boat ride cost.
TVC will provide van transportation from the airport and throughout the trip
TVC and St Mark Open Door will provide and fellowship meal after the worship service on Sunday
COMMUNICATION:
Now that you have signed-up to go on the trip, periodic emails will be sent to you and soon a informational meeting will be scheduled.
The best way to ask and get answers to question before and after the scheduled meetings will be through email
